To ensure you have an AMAZING shopping experience we offer a 14 day returns policy for customers. Full priced items that are returned are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
If you wish to return a full price item, simply click on link firstname.lastname@example.org then once your return is approved you will be given shipping instructions via email.
Any sale items are final sales and can not be returned, credited or exchanged.
The item must be returned in the mint condition it was sent out as: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached, or it will be rejected. GS reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. They will then be returned to the customer.
In the event that any sale items are returned - OR - returned after 14 days, they will be shipped back to the customer by the customers expense or discarded within 30 days.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. If you return your item/s for an exchange, we will send the new size back to you with no additional charges for the first exchange (for full priced products), however the cost to return the item back to us is the customer responsibility.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by GS will not be issued a refund. GS will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.
Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/credit note or refund.
All exchanges must be of equal or higher value to the initial garment cost. If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be issued a credit note for our online store of the difference between the two garments, excluding shipping costs. Shipping on exchanges is free for your first exchange!
We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by GS Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
